Send a Photo Offer thru E-Mail

Using Torus Export Trade System v6.0, you can easily send a photo offer through e-mail to your customer. Your customer, after retrieving your mail, will see prices and pictures of your products right on the screen. If necessary, he can print your offer using his own printer. In the following is an example of this feature. To accomplish this function, there are some requirements (see below). We can also send you a demonstration photo offer to your e-mail account.

Requirements for sending photo offers through e-mails:

• A current user of Torus Export Trade System v6.0
• Purchase of a quotation program extension
• Constant connection with the Internet (at the moment, you have to rent our site for this purpose)
• For proper display, your customer should use Netscape Navigator 2.0 (or higher) or Internet Explorer 4.0 (Outlook 97) to receive mails.
• With other mail programs, your customer can save and then use Internet Explorer to view and print Photo Offer.
